Do you ship worldwide?

Based on prior experience, sometimes we had trouble shipping products to Africa and some of the countries in South America, so we currently we ship to Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. You can see the available shipping regions at the checkout.

I placed an order by mistake, can I cancel it?

Send us an e-mail as soon as you realize you have made an order by mistake and we will cancel the order if the item hasn't been shipped yet. If the item has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do, unfortunately.

Do you have the same strap available in 22mm?

Hmm. Maybe. Send us an e-mail with a screenshot of the product you are reffering to. Since we work with suppliers, it is possible that the strap we have for sale in 23mm is also available in a more common, 22mm option.

It has been 36 days and I still haven't received my order - tracking shows no movement for 2 weeks.

Send us an e-mail with your order number/tracking number and if there are no signs that the item is going to be delivered in the coming days, we will offer you a replacement item.

I can't track the shipment via the tracking form on my country's postal service website.

International shipments can be tracked with services like Parcels and 17track. The shipment gets shipped out via postal service in China and is handed over to airline. When the cargo flight arrives at the destination country, the post takes over and is distributed to the sorting center. Before arriving to the destination country, there usually isn't any tracking about the shipment available on your country's postal service website.
