Shipping

via China Post, Hong-Kong Post/ePacket, 4PX Express

Items are shipped from warehouses either in Hong Kong, China or Shenzen, China via Standard International Shipping methods. The carrier we use to ship the goods depends on the country of the delivery (for example, there might be different shipping options available for shipping to Italy compared to the ones to Canada, therefore we will use the shipping option within approximately the same budget and the shipping option we believe to be the most reliable). Upon placing an order, the item will be shipped within 3 working days and the customer will receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as the item gets shipped out.

Tracking

International shipments usually can't be tracked using your country's postal service tracking system until the items clear customs and are picked up by the post and from there, forwarded to the sorting center. We would recommend Parcels for tracking international shipments (available as an iOS/Android app or directly at https://parcelsapp.com/). The service shows all the latest updates about packages and it automatically detects carriers used for shipment of the item, so the only thing you need to do is copy and paste the tracking number you've received via e-mail there. You can also turn on notifications in the app and receive updates about the shipment in real time.

Returns & Refunds policy

In the past 4 years of selling watch accessories and watches, there have been only a few return requests from customers since all the straps are just as described, as we have nothing to hide. There are also close-up pictures of the straps so you could see the texture and the quality of the straps available in the store - that's why we no longer accept returns. All orders are backed by a 40 day Money-Back Guarantee. If you don't receive the order within that timeframe or if there is something wrong with the item upon arrival, please send us an e-mail (orders@k-watchstore.com) with your tracking number and order number - from there, you will be eligible for a replacement item free of charge. If you believe to have received the wrong color, please make sure to attach a photo in the e-mail as well.
